XIUMIN, a member of EXO and a solo artist, is receiving immense attention from global music fans with his new song.
The title track "WHEE!" from XIUMIN's second mini album "Interview X" was released on March 10 and has quickly climbed to the top of the iTunes charts.
"WHEE!" has reached number one on the iTunes Top Songs chart in a total of 14 countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Fiji, Honduras, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and the UAE.
The new track "WHEE!" is a dance song based on UK Garage, blending synthesizers with XIUMIN's vocals to create a trendy and energetic sound. The music video has also received praise for its artistic visuals and unique storytelling, resembling a piece of art film.
In addition to the title track "WHEE!", the mini album "Interview X" has also topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in seven countries, including Argentina, Fiji, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, Turkey, the UAE, and Oman.
Meanwhile, XIUMIN is set to meet fans at the "2025 XIUMIN SPECIAL STAGE 'WHEE!'" event, which will be held for free on March 15 at 3:30 PM at Yonsei University Centennial Hall.
Additionally, starting on March 22 in Seoul, he will kick off the "2025 XIUMIN FAN CONCERT 'X Times ( )' ASIA TOUR," covering six cities in Asia.
He will also star as the lead character Heo Kyun in the upcoming drama "Heo's Diner" (working title), which begins airing on March 24, continuing his active involvement in music, drama, and performances.
